I like the idea.
Add the ability to easily "publish" or post a log of the meeting so users who missed it can easily find the transcript. Export/send the meeting log into a FORUM to continue on discussions after the meeting.
Agenda area (just link to an auto-generated wiki page or whatever) for users to input or collaborate on the agenda items in preparation of the meeting.
From the calendar item, links to the locations of the agenda wiki, and the meeting log would be good.
